A respected technology company executive who excels in digital transformation and the digitization of assets, Ms. Chaturvedi attributes more than 25 years of expertise to her industry. Prior to forming Kaygen Inc., Ms. Chaturvedi was notably a senior database administrator and delivery lead for The Walt Disney Company and held several leading roles with Nextel Communications Inc. and InfoTech Systems.
Recognized for her efforts as an advocate for women and equality in the workplace, Ms. Chaturvedi has served her local community as a Los Angeles/Orange County forum chair, national forum global team Vice Chair and board member on behalf of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council since 2016. She is also a mentor to high school students interested in pursuing technology and the engineering fields. Known for her contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Ms. Chaturvedi plans to continue mentoring young women and eventually form a nonprofit organization so that she can give women more access to the resources they need to become successful. Among other civic activities, Ms. Chaturvedi has been serving as a financial and compliance officer for the Transportation Business Advisory Council at Los Angeles Metro since 2019.
Highly educated in her respective field, Ms. Chaturvedi received an undergraduate degree in business and information technology at the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies at SVKM, a private university in Mumbai, India, in 1997. She subsequently completed executive leadership development programs at the Price Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at UCLA Anderson School of Management in management development for entrepreneurs in 2016. Ms. Chaturvedi also completed training in human resource management at University of California Irvine, Women's Entrepreneurship at Cornell University and other professional areas to further advance her career.
To commemorate her accomplishments, Ms. Chaturvedi was named to the Top 50 Women Leaders of Los Angeles by Women We Admire. Ms. Chaturvedi was also named to the 2020 Outstanding CEOs list by WE USA Magazine in 2020, and, among other recognitions, was named to the Top 35 Women Owned Businesses by the Orange County Business Journal in 2022.
