Rashmi Chaturvedi is the Co-founder and President of Kaygen. She has over 25 years of technology industry experience assisting multinationals with their business transformation initiatives. She co-founded KAYGEN in 2003 to assist businesses with their digital transformation initiatives by providing data driven solutions to customers globally. The inspiration for Kaygen name came from Kaizen which stands for continuous improvement, and she embodies this business philosophy in all processes to create efficiencies in company operations and employee productivity.
An advocate for economic equity, Rashmi is passionate about helping women owned and diverse businesses get equal opportunities for growth and success. She serves on the Board for Women’s Business Enterprise Council West (WBEC-WEST), Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the Transportation Business Advisory Council at Los Angeles Metro. Rashmi’s honors and awards include “2020 Outstanding CEO’s by WE USA magazine, “2020 Women Business Enterprise STAR”, “2018 Enterprising Woman of the Year Champion”, and “Women Who Rock”.
She is a graduate of Narsee Monjee college of Commerce and Economics in Bombay, India with a bachelor’s in business and a master’s in computer applications.

Anshul’s vision and strategy were instrumental in transforming Kaygen into a nationally recognized company with a successful track record of increased revenues over the course of a decade. Anshul focuses on the overall strategy at Kaygen, along with building and sustaining long term client relationships and business alliances. He has more than 15 years of experience in working with Fortune 2000 clients and delivering professional services that exceed expectations.
Anshul has been actively involved in the TiE (The INDUS Entrepreneur) Southern California chapter and was recently recognized in the INC 5000.
Anshul holds an MBA in finance and marketing and B.A. in business from Oklahoma City University.
Vice President, Client Success
Terry is an experienced leader and senior client success executive with expertise in client experience and relationship management, enterprise consulting and sales, talent development, program and product delivery, and business transformation.
His services experience spans digital transformation, security, experience design, data science, cloud and analytics, infrastructure, application development and management, product management, quality and service management, platform management, marketing and sales technologies, and AI.
Terry realizes revenue for Kaygen by converting large technology deals and engagements with a focus on a value framework, opportunity identification, strategy, solution design, and delivery management. He has a passion and ability to develop portfolios, evolve engagement performance, and align large sets of internal and external stakeholders.
He holds the following certifications - cSAFe® 5.0.1 Lean Portfolio Manager, ITIL Practitioner Change and Release, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (In Progress), ITIL Foundation, and Oracle Certified Professional.
Vice President, Global Delivery
Arun is a strategic business process and information technology professional with 20 years of experience in delivering complex ERP, CRM, Analytics and Data Management projects.
Arun is highly skilled in business transformation, strategy planning, process reengineering, and system implementations. He also has extensive experience in program, project, and resource management.
His experience spans diverse industry verticals including technology, manufacturing, consumer, retail and distribution, life sciences, and state and local governments. He has deep knowledge in cloud transformation, modern data management, data quality and data governance, and supply chain management process.
At Kaygen, Arun manages operations, IP product development, and leads a global team of professionals to ensure that the projects are executed in a timely manner.
Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing
Jim is responsible for supporting sales and marketing strategies that bring Kaygen together with its talent and clients. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
Jim has been with Kaygen for two years and has extensive retail, telecommunications, and software industry experience. He is a graduate of San Diego State University.
Human Resources & Employee Relations Specialist
Jessica is responsible for all human resources at Kaygen, including talent acquisition, performance management, and benefits. She is passionate about Kaygen’s culture, and leads in demonstrating Kaygen values and supporting our team and talent. She has several years of experience leading HR teams at emerging companies, instilling and growing a vibrant corporate culture.
Human Resources Manager
Maribel is Kaygen’s HR Manager and leads our change management processes. Maribel is responsible for all human resources at Kaygen, including talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding, and benefits.
Maribel is very passionate about Kaygen’s culture and leads in the way demonstrating Kaygen’s values and supporting our team and talent. She has extensive experience leading HR teams, and instilling and growing a vibrant corporate culture.
Maribel leads our projects to incorporate the principles of DEI into corporate governance as diversity is also a key focus in all aspects of our sourcing processes, and the use of diverse and inclusive suppliers is an integral part of Kaygen’s business practices.
Business Advisor
Sid Mohasseb is known as The Entrepreneur Philosopher. He is a published author, serial entrepreneur, venture investor, university professor, innovation leader, business thought provoker and public speaker.
At sixteen, he migrated to the US without his family, at twenty-one, he started and later sold his first company while in college. At twenty-five, he taught comparative Eastern and Western philosophy. At twenty-seven, he became the youngest partner of a national management consultancy. During the next two decades, he supported large scale acquisitions and acted as a principal investor in middle market companies leading company turnarounds. He also founded and led several early-stage and hyper-growth companies from inception to acquisition.
Sid has served on the boards of over a dozen profit and non-profit companies. He has logged thousands of hours developing strategies for various enterprises and working with board members and management to execute. As a teacher, he has taught Strategic Management, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, Negotiation and Data Analytics to MBAs at USC, Chapman, and UCI.
As a professional fund manager and angel investor, Sid has mentored dozens of entrepreneurs, met with hundreds of start-up companies, and reviewed countless business plans.
CFO
Tanmoy Chowdhury brings 30 years of global corporate finance experience as a CFO, controller, and strategic finance leader. He holds vast experience in driving levers for operating margin, financial planning, M&A integration, driving cash flows, and setting up robust finance processes. Tanmoy has worked mostly in IT Services and Technology companies and in this capacity he has been both at the buy and sell side of multiple companies. At Kaygen, Tanmoy is instrumental for its Financial Processes, Compliance and FP&A functions.
Tanmoy graduated from Calcutta University, India and is a CPA, CA, and a Cost Accountant.
