Empowering women in technology and engineering professions

As a woman-owned firm, Kaygen’s leadership is very passionate about bridging the gap for women in technology and engineering fields. We are partnering with organizations such as Women’s Business Enterprise Council (WBENC), TiE Global, Advancing Women in Technology (AWIT), and with local colleges; we are committed to mentoring women and providing them the tools and resources and an accessible network of professionals to close this gender gap.

Our suppliers

Diversity is also a key focus in all aspects of our sourcing processes and the use of diverse suppliers is an integral part of Kaygen’s business practices. We seek to provide mutually beneficial opportunities for minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses.
