JOB DUTIES: Responsible for designing, configuration processes, and troubleshooting services (functional and technical) for Workday Human Capital Management solution. Providing troubleshooting support for functional and technical production issues, including coordinating with Workday using their case management system. Collaborating and advising functional and technical stakeholders to optimize business processes (particularly workflow/security). Collaborating with functional stakeholders to build reporting. Participating in researching new capabilities within Workday. Working with other Workday technical resources to ensure continuous improvement of client-owned integrations. Supporting as back-up for integration troubleshooting and enhancements. Managing Workday functional ticketing queue to ensure tickets are addressed in a timely manner. Managing Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release, and communicating appropriately. Responsible for regression testing and introducing required changes on new Workday releases using both manual testing and Kainos automated testing solution. Responsible for utilizing Oracle PeopleSoft and running developing and maintaining matrix reports. Responsible for change management support by delivering training and development of materials including QRGs, FAQs, and training decks. Designing and configuring new Workday enhancements as needed with each new release. Coordinating with Workday’s Change Control Board to evaluate, prioritize, and schedule enhancements. Managing Workday team SharePoint knowledgebase to ensure opportunities for critical knowledge sharing exist and information can be accessed on demand by all relevant stakeholders (familiarity with SharePoint wiki/library/security functionality). Ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of work by applying basic elements of Agile Scrum methodology. Responsible for Workday HCM Integrations such as EIB, Cloud Connect, Core Connecter, and Core HRMS. Performing functional testing utilizing Oracle and PL/SQL.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field plus 2 years of experience. In lieu of the above, we will also accept a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. We will also accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. Experience to include developing Workday Custom and Matrix reports; supporting Workday testing during product and enhancement releases and upgrades; providing daily maintenance support for existing integrations and addressing Workday functional issues; working in Agile Scrum methodology; utilizing Workday technology including Workday HCM Suite, Business Process Configurations, HRIS, EIB tool and Cloud Connect Integration; utilizing Oracle PeopleSoft; and utilizing PL/SQL and SharePoint.
HOURS: 40 hours per week, M-F, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
